Elegant 14kt Gold Oval Cufflinks

Golden Ovals!
Striking antique cufflinks with concentric oval centers.  The effect is almost hypnotic.  The edges of the cufflinks are milgrained for an added touch of elegance.  Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1910.

The backs of the cufflinks are as beautifully crafted as the fronts.  Note the sturdy cross bars and strap brackets that secure the links.  Each cross bar is stamped with a precious metal mark ("14") and the maker's mark (a torch lying on its side) for Bippart, Griscom & Osborn.  Bippart, Griscom was a maker of fine cufflinks and jewels during the early decades of the last century.

Measurements:  These 14kt gold cufflinks weigh 7.4 grams and measure 3/4" by just over 1/2".
