Carrington Diamonds!

Elegant gold cufflinks set with sparkling diamonds in fields of bold pinstripes. Dramatic scrolling borders contrast beautifully with the linear centers. A nice example of the elegant cufflinks created by Carrington & Company during the first half of the 20th century. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1925.

The backs of the cufflinks are well crafted and polished to a mirror-like finish (please excuse the reflections from our camera). Note the sturdy cross bars and brackets that secure these cufflinks on the cuff. Careful attention to detail was a hallmark of Carrington design and craftsmanship. The Carrington maker's mark (a "C" surrounding a "14" for the purity of the gold) can be seen beneath the brackets.

Measurements: These 14kt gold cufflinks weigh a total of 12.0 grams and measure 3/4" by 1/2". The four diamonds weigh a total of approximately three-quarters of a carat.
