Elegant gold cufflinks with regal borders and radiant star bursts set with rich blue Sapphire cabochons. The sparkling marriage of Sapphires and antique gold gives these cufflinks a regal elegance. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1920.
 As with all fine jewels, you should closely examine the backs of cufflinks. The backs of these cufflinks are beautifully crafted in 14kt yellow gold. Note the maker's attention to detail in the sturdy quad brackets that protect the rear of the Sapphires and strong cross bars that secure the links on your cuff.
 These cufflinks were created by the jewelry firm Carter, Gough & Company, makers of fine gold and platinum jewelry during the first decades of the 1900s. The maker's mark for Carter, Gough is an arrowhead surrounding a small "C". The arrowhead is visible just to the right of the precious metal mark ("14K") on the cross bar of each cufflink.
