The beautiful color of the Sapphire is perfectly complemented by the elegant sparkle of the hand-engraved platinum. |

The Sapphire rests between three sturdy platinum prongs rising above the hand-engraved band. This ring is a variation on our classic Solitaire Elegance design. We kept the band narrower for a more delicate look and meticulously hand engraved the top and sides with a repeated chevron pattern. For an additional touch of elegance, the Sapphire's setting is also engraved and the edges of the ring finely milgrained.
 Viewing the ring from the side, you can see the depth and crispness of the hand engraving. Note the symmetry of the design and the precision with which this ring was crafted. We use several different craftsmen (a platinum smith, a hand engraver and a gem setter) to custom create each ring. The artistry of their efforts can be seen in the finished jewel.
 As with all our jewels, the inside of the ring is crafted and finished as beautifully as the top. Note the nicely polished surfaces, the clean, crisp edges and the sturdiness of the setting that holds the Sapphire. |

| The trillium-cut Lavender Sapphire weighs 1.00 carats and measures approximately 6.0 millimeters along each side. The finger size of the ring is 5 1/2 and can be resized to fit most fingers. | ||
