Elegant Gold and Platinum Cufflinks

Antique platinum and gold cufflinks with diamonds. (J8827)

Diamond Elegance II
Antique cufflinks combining platinum, gold and sparkling diamonds.  The yellow gold centers are richly engraved and surrounded by contrasting platinum borders.  One side of each cufflink sparkles with a small diamond set in a platinum bezel with milgrained edges.  Crafted in platinum and 14kt gold,  circa 1920.

The backs of the cufflinks are crafted in 14kt yellow gold polished to a mirror-like finish.  The cufflinks are connected with sturdy cross bars anchored with strap brackets.

The cross bars are marked "PLON14K" for platinum on 14kt gold.  Elegantly engraved gold and platinum cufflinks were particularly popular during the early decades of the last century.

Measurements:  These 14kt gold and platinum cufflinks weigh a total of 5.0 grams.  They measure just under 3/4" by 1/2" along each side.
