Sapphire and Gold Cufflinks

Elegant Art Deco cufflinks with yellow gold bull's-eye centers surrounded by brightly engraved white gold borders. A rich blue cabochon Sapphire is set on one side. Just right for dinner at the Ritz or a late night at the speakeasy. Crafted in 10kt gold, circa 1925.
 The backs of the cufflinks are as beautifully crafted as the fronts. The surfaces are polished to a mirror-like finish and sturdy cross bars and brackets secure these cufflinks on your cuff.
 The maker's mark for Ziething & Company (a "Z" inside a diamond) is stamped on the cross bars. Ziething & Co. was a maker of fine cufflinks and jewelry during the 1920s. The opposite side of the cross bar is marked "10K" for the purity of the gold.
