Tanzanite and Diamond Ring

| A beautiful ring featuring a striking
cushion-shape Tanzanite and round brilliant diamonds. The
ring can be worn alone, as shown above, or set within a double
band to create a fuller more intricate look. The ring and
band are hand crafted in 18kt yellow gold.
 The double band and the shank of the ring are satin finished giving the gold a rich, warm look. In contrast we set the Tanzanite and two side diamonds in brightly polished bezels to complement the sparkle of the gemstones.
 With the settings for the gemstones we wanted to capture the feel of a flower, perhaps a waterborne lotus, opening up to reveal its inner beauty. The sweeping elements that support the gemstones unfold like the outer petals of the flower. For an added touch of sparkle we hid small diamonds in the bezel setting of the Tanzanite. When creating a jewel we often add small hidden details.
 As always, a beautiful ring should be as well crafted on the underside as it is on the top. Note the polished inner surfaces and smooth, slightly rounded edges. The underside of the ring was carefully crafted to create a sturdy base for the flower and gemstones above.
 As with all of our jewels, the inside of the ring is stamped with our registered Hallmark ("BEL") and a precious metal mark ("18k") for the purity of the gold. These marks are your assurance of superior craftsmanship and outstanding design.

| The ring is handcrafted in 18kt yellow gold. The antique cushion-shape Tanzanite weighs 0.68 carats. The two bezel-set side diamonds weigh a total of 0.06 carats and are F color and VS clarity. The two smaller diamonds set in the face of the Tanzanite's bezel setting weigh a total of 0.027 carats and are also F color and VS clarity. The ring is finger size 6 1/2 and can be resized to fit most fingers. | ||
