Platinum and Diamond Cufflinks
Diamonds and Platinum |
| Sparkling diamonds set in elegantly engraved
platinum. The platinum tops feature jazzy pinstripes
surrounded by laurel wreath borders. These elegant Art
Deco cufflinks were finely crafted in 14kt gold and platinum
around 1920.
![]() As with all fine jewels, you should closely examine the backs of cufflinks. The backs of these are crafted in 14kt yellow gold with sturdy cross bars and brackets to secure the cufflinks when worn on the cuff. The gold surfaces are polished to a bright, even finish.
![]() The cross bars are stamped with precious metal marks for platinum ("PLAT") and 14kt gold ("14K"). This style of platinum-over-gold cufflink was popular during the late Edwardian and early Art Deco periods, circa 1915 to 1925.
