Custom Sapphire and Diamond Pendant

The larger gemstone is a striking six-carat emerald-cut Sapphire.  Set above the Sapphire is a mesmerizing Asscher-cut Diamond.  Both are elegant step-cut gemstones that beautifully complement each other.

The pendant is hand crafted in platinum.  By custom creating the pendant we were able to assure that the settings perfectly match the shape and size of the gemstones.  This is the best way to make sure that the gemstones are securely set.  The brightly polished platinum adds to the sense of Art Deco elegance.

An elongated, tapered bale allows the pendant to be hung from a variety of necklaces and chokers.  Our client chose an 18kt white gold omega choker.  The modern look of the necklace nicely complements the classic design of the pendant.

The back of the pendant is as beautifully crafted as the front.  Note the thickness and depth of the bezels settings which hold and protect the gemstones.  Because the pendant was hand crafted, we were able to assure there was no skimping on the craftsmanship or materials.  The mark of an exceptional jewel is the attention to the small, hidden details.

On the inside base of the pendant there is a small plaque stamped with our maker's mark ("BEL") and "PLAT" for the purity of the platinum.  We sign all of our custom designed jewels and indicate the precious metals.
