Antique Gold Carrington CufflinksGolden Pinwheels! |
An elegant pair of antique gold cufflinks with beautifully engine turned tops featuring radiating pin wheels. These cufflinks are crafted in 14kt gold and date from the decades around 1920.
The rear of the tops are brightly polished and attached by a sturdy linked bar. These cufflinks are well crafted and were created when jewels were meant to be passed from generation to generation.
The maker's mark, a "C" surrounding "14", is for Carrington & Company, maker of fine cufflinks, dress sets and lockets from 1900 to the 1940s. Carrington was based in Newark, New Jersey and supplied beautiful 14kt and 18kt gold cufflinks to many of the finest jewelers of the day. Name: Golden Pinwheels! |
