Neon orange Mandarin garnets bezel set in 18kt gold earrings. Above the garnets is a pyramid of three polished gold beads. We custom created these simple, classic earrings for a client who was entranced with the orangy fire of Mandarin garnets.
Mandarin garnet is a variety of Spessartite garnet that was first discovered in Namibia, Africa during the early 1990s. It is known for its vibrant orange color and high brilliance. |
 Each earring has a hook-shape clasp securing a curved long ear wire. The ear wire allows the earring to freely dangle from your lobe. In this view you can also see the high bezel walls that hold and protect the garnets. These earrings were hand crafted so that each bezel would perfectly fit the gemstones. |
