Dazzling Tanzanite and Diamond Ring |

Tanzanite Tangent |
| Featured in the center of this dazzling ring is a velvety
violet-blue Tanzanite. The rich color of the Tanzanite is
highlighted by sparkling diamonds, cool platinum and
dramatic open spaces. The ring was hand crafted in
platinum by a master jeweler.
 We bezel set the Tanzanite and surrounded it with sixteen bead-set round brilliant diamonds. Diamond-set platinum arches descend from the top of the ring. Between the arches we bezel-set small kite-shape diamonds.
 Ok! We admit it. We really love
how this design turned out.

 Viewing the shoulders of the ring, you can see how the arches flow upward to meet the center setting. Each arch is bead-set with seven round brilliant diamonds. The edges of the arches and the settings are milgrained for an extra touch of elegance.
 The walls of the center bezel setting are open. Within the openings we placed small golden butterflies. The wings of each butterfly or papillon are set with small accent diamonds. From the side of the ring you can also see the thickness of the band as it tapers gently towards the base. This ring was designed and crafted to ensure lasting beauty and give a lifetime of joy. |

 Examining the inside of the ring you can see the mastery of the craftsmanship. The elements of the ring are beautifully hand crafted and the inner surfaces polished smooth and even. The sign of a true master craftsman is the care taken with the small parts and hidden details of a jewel. |

 As with all the jewels we create, this ring displays Bijoux Extraordinaire's registered hallmark ("BEL"). The precious metal mark for platinum ("PLAT") is also visible on the inside wall of the band. These marks are your assurance of exceptional design and uncompromising craftsmanship.  |

| The square cushion-cut Tanzanite weighs 2.21 carats and measures 7.1 by 7.2 millimeters. The two kite-shape diamonds weigh a total of 0.35 carats. They are E/F color and VS2/SI1 clarity. The forty four small round brilliant-cut diamonds weigh a total of 0.65 carats. The ring is a finger size 6 1/2 and can be resized to fit most fingers. | ||
