| The elegance of blue enamel accents and golden
pinstripes. These cufflinks from the early decades of the
20th century sparkle with a mix of jazz and elegance equally
well suited for an evening at the opera or a late night at a
speakeasy. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1925.
 The backs of the cufflinks illustrate the careful craftsmanship employed in creating the cufflinks. Note the sturdy cross bars and strong brackets that secure the cufflinks on the cuff. The solid gold backs are brightly finished and offer a sturdy base to protect the enamel work.
 The maker's mark for Larter & Sons is stamped on the cross bars beneath the gold purity mark ("14K"). The maker's mark is the profile of a spring-loaded shirt stud invented by Halsey Larter in the late 1890s.
 Larter & Sons was founded in 1865 and created distinctive cufflinks, dress sets and other gentleman's accessories during the late Victorian era and first half of the 20th century. The firm had offices in New York City and manufactured its jewelry across the Hudson River in Newark, New Jersey. Name: Pinstripe Blues
